Chef, pastry chef and designer, I worked in cooking and pastry making in large hotels and restaurants in England and Canada in the 1990s, I returned to Reims, my hometown, in the early 2000s.
AU PIANO DES CHEFS is a private company organizing gastronomic and oenological culinary workshops in French and English, aimed at individuals, businesses and all those involved in tourism.
Located at the foot of the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Reims, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our kitchens can accommodate from 1 person in a private workshop to 40 people in a group and allow you to cook while contemplating this masterpiece of Gothic architecture.
We also offer a HOME CHEF service and we travel to Airbnbs, guest houses and any other location.
